A delicious, flavour packed, creamy dressing, using TK Roast Cumin Infused Flaxseed Oil; making the most of seasonal avocados – drizzle over salad greens, have in your tacos or nachos, a great BBQ condiment, for potato salad dressing.
Ingredients
- 1 ripe avocado
- 3 cloves garlic, peeled
- ¼ cup TK Roasted Cumin Oil
- ¼ cup fresh lime juice
- bunch of fresh coriannder
- salt and pepper to taste (drizzle of honey to sweeten if required)
- ½ cup water
Method
- Pop the ingredients into a blender and blitz until smooth.
- Taste and season to your liking.
- For a thinner dressing, add a little more water.
- Use immediately, or store in airtight container in fridge.
