Ingredients
- 1 Cup Milk
- ½ Banana
- ½ Cup of Frozen Berries
- 2 tbsp Protein Powder / Cottage Cheese
- 1 tbsp TK Original Flax Seed Oil
- ½ Cup Ice (optional)
Method
- In a blender, add the milk and oil
- Add remaining ingredients
- Blend together until desired consistency is reached - Ice cubes will help to thicken the smoothie
