This yummy Avocado and Banana Smoothie is such a delicious treat packed full of goodness!
Ingredients (1 Serving)

1 banana
- ½ avocado
- 1 pottle Greek yoghurt
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 tablespoon TK Flax Seed Oil Original
- 1-1½ cups Milk - sufficient milk to achieve desired consistency. Use almond, oat or rice milk for a delicious dairy free alternative.
Method
- In a blender, add the milk and oil
- Add remaining ingredients
- Blend together until desired consistency is reached - the ice cubes will help to thicken the smoothie
