recipe: creamy avocado lime dressing with cumin

 

​ingredients

  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 4 tablespoons TK Roasted Cumin Oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 cup water

 

Method

  1. Blend all ingredients together in  blender until smooth. Taste and season as desired.
  2. If you want the dressing to be thinner add more water
  3. Use immediately or store in fridge in airtight container
